By creating an account or using Get Prompts ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, and the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. By using the Service you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
Get Prompts provides a library of AI prompts accessible via a credit-based subscription. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the prompts for your own commercial or non-commercial purposes. You may not on-sell, sublicence, or redistribute prompts as part of a competing prompt library or AI tool product.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice, except where suspension is necessary to address an urgent security or legal issue.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Prompt credits reset on your billing date and unused credits do not roll over. Prices displayed are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of GST where applicable under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then.
Refunds under Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Our services come with guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Schedule 2 (Australian Consumer Law), that cannot be excluded. If the Service is not fit for purpose or has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy including, where appropriate, a refund. Outside of ACL guarantees, we do not provide refunds for unused credits or partial billing periods. To request a refund under ACL, contact us at hello@get-prompts.com.
Price changes:We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases before they apply to your subscription.

The Service is provided in good faith. We do not guarantee that AI prompt outputs will produce any particular result — outputs depend on the AI model and context you provide. To the extent permitted by the ACL, we exclude all implied warranties not expressly set out in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by the ACL and other applicable Australian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the ACL.
